Life in prison for scaring a woman to death

The article adress is above i believe but i will give a summary and my opinion, feel free to comment.

This took place in Charlotte, N.C., on November 21st. The man who did it was named Larry Whitfield and aged 21. he was not prosecuted for murder, but kidnapping. He kidnapped the 71-year old grandmother named Mary Parnell when he broke into her house trying to find a hiding place after a failed attempt at robbing a bank. I think he scared her so much that she had a heart attack. Plus, kidnapping is an automatic life sentence.

I think that it is sad for Mary, a man broke into her house and she died. And its never right to try to steal money from a bank! Some people are crazy theese days. He deserves to be put in jail. If he hadn''t broke in she would probably be sipping coffee right now. May she rest in peace.
